Ram founded Sashram Advisors after seeing his students work hard, study endlessly, and still feel unsure, not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked guidance. He helped them pass their exams, but soon realized they needed more: confidence for interviews, clarity in a competitive market, and someone who believed in their potential.
Small business owners came with similar struggles — too much to do, not enough support, and no clear roadmap.
Ram created Sashram Advisors to be that support system: a place where people feel guided, encouraged, and finally clear about their next step.
